Find out how to determine which industry certification is right for you at this event geared toward people new to cybersecurity.

Sec+, GSEC, CISSP, CEH — cybersecurity certifications can seem like alphabet soup if you’re new to the industry or just trying to break in.

It’s important to know that certifications don’t guarantee a particular job or particular salary in cybersecurity. They’re simply a way to validate your skill set in a way the industry and potential employers recognize. While you don’t need a certification to land a job in cyber, many find they help open doors during their job search.

But where do you start?

In this event geared toward people new to cybersecurity, the Flatiron School team will help you navigate the options so you can determine which certification is right for you and your career goals.

  • Do I need a certification to get a job in cybersecurity?
  • How certifications can help your career
